sososttil 65fdcc1659 remove mempalace mcp permission grants and orphaned wing config ... MemPalace retired 2026-07-28 (thin KG, never held a brand fact, empty tunnel/hallway layer, junk in two of four palace rooms, and a single test mine burned 20+ min CPU with no way to cancel it short of killing the server).
