Preserves active investor + pilot state (labABLE executed LOI, Robert
Robinson/Gaboro priority path, Puff on hold) into the Signal repo as
the flat auto-memory is retired in favor of the compound + current-state.

Signal — Investor & Pilot Relationships (VC traction)

Migrated 2026-07-02 from the retired flat auto-memory (project_vc_traction.md) into the Signal repo, its proper home. Update alongside context/current-state.md. Priority pilot path = Robert Robinson (Gaboro); labABLE is strategic (LOI executed); Puff on hold.

labABLE — Daniel Rojas (Co-Founder, Pathogens AI / labABLE) + Dr. Mehul Patel (CEO)

  • LOI FULLY EXECUTED 2026-06-12 (DocuSign envelope 94BCD5D0): Daniel Rojas + Arkisia Fenn both signed. First signed agreement in STTIL history. 180-day discovery term (expires ~2026-12-09). Filed: signal/pitch/legal/labABLE-LOI-v3-EXECUTED-2026-06-12.pdf. Final Section 10 routes to binding AAA arbitration in Wilmington DE; binding sections 3-11.
  • "Next steps" call COMPLETED 2026-06-25: aligned on a CRUSH / audit-readiness angle (Kisa surfaces CRUSH data so labABLE aims its COLA/CAP/CLIA audit-readiness tooling at make-or-break criteria). Mehul open to a proactive "auditor-style" play.
  • DONE 2026-06-27: CRUSH research + auditor-play notes SENT to Daniel + Mehul (every figure verified vs primary federal sources + 3-model cross-check). Brief at Projects/labABLE-CRUSH-brief-2026-06-25.md.
  • NEXT: schedule the follow-up call (Mehul open to the proactive auditor-style play); watch for their reply.
  • Mehul's advice on Signal: shift ICP toward billing companies (Niko/Brightree); LOI-first traction; pursue a PointClickCare credential; waitlist landing page; attach Signal to existing software (Brightree, NikoHealth) vs direct-to-supplier. Kit-in-kit GTM alive but not in the LOI. labABLE = future fifth STTIL division when the relationship formalizes.

Robert Robinson — Co-founder & Managing Partner, Gaboro (DMEPOS supplier) — PRIORITY PILOT PATH

  • First call COMPLETED 2026-05-26. Second call CANCELLED by Robert 2026-06-09. As of 2026-06-24 he had NOT responded.
  • Kisa's read: she commented on his LinkedIn post while low, worries he read it as stepping on his moment. Treat as RECOVERABLE, not closed. Do not chase; let it breathe and re-approach with value, not an ask.
  • Re-engagement angle: lead with the EO / AI-compliance risk Gaboro is sitting on (Shield), not the pilot ask. Gaboro brought AI into their verification stack (Tenor/Tenovi + GenAI); their compliance posture under the new federal EO on AI + identifiable health data is unknown. Shield speaks to that exposure.
  • PA-based, scaling to NY, OH + 1 more state. Staff ~7-8. Pain point #1: the 6-month follow-up visit ("flummoxes his organization the most"). Backend possibly Availity (confirm). Decision-maker with co-founder authority; prefers annual + monthly pricing. Said "no one has solved for this yet"; responded well to win-win-win.
